We are authorized to provide title insurance and closing services throughout Colorado, but our home is Chaffee County. We have offices in Salida, Buena Vista and Leadville. Also serving those Counties who share our boundaries and our sense of community; namely, Chaffee, Lake, Park, Fremont, Custer, and Saguache counties. Central Colorado Title also serves the Front Range, and we will close and, upon request from our valued customers, insure transactions from Fort Collins, Boulder, Denver to Colorado Springs, and all parts in between.
