We are a small business, focused on relationships and community, but we are able to combine our personalized community orientation with an incredible level of expertise.  Our closers’ backgrounds in real estate law and finance also ensure that we are able to facilitate a smooth and professional closing, with a staff that includes licensed Colorado attorneys with experience in real estate law and closers with backgrounds in finance and mortgage lending. We are in the best position to protect you, your clients and customers against those otherwise hidden or unforeseen problems that might jeopardize a real estate transaction.

We are authorized to provide title insurance and closing services throughout Colorado. We have offices located in Buena Vista, Salida and Westcliffe.  Our focus is on serving those Counties who share our boundaries and our sense of community. Upon request from our valued customers, Central Colorado Title also serves the Front Range. We will insure transactions from Fort Collins, Boulder, Denver to Colorado Springs, and all parts in between.

Central Colorado Title and Escrow is compliant with all legal and regulatory requirements and we are members in good standing of American Land Title Association (ALTA), members of the ALTA Registry, and active members of the Land Title Association of Colorado. Central Colorado Title & Escrow is fully insured, including errors and omissions coverage, fidelity bond coverage, and cyber fraud insurance, all well in excess of that required by Colorado law.
