When you use the contact form, we receive what you send us: your name, phone, email, your role in a transaction, and any property or transaction details you include. Our website also collects basic, anonymized usage analytics (pages visited, general region, device type) through Google Analytics with IP anonymization enabled.
To respond to you and to provide title, escrow, and settlement services — that's it. We do not sell your information, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not use it for advertising of any kind.
Only the parties needed to complete your transaction — such as our underwriters (First American, Westcor), your lender, and the county clerk & recorder — and as required by law or regulation. Transaction files are handled under the confidentiality and record-keeping obligations that govern Colorado title agencies.
The only non-essential cookies on this site come from Google Analytics. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal — if your browser sends it, analytics never loads. You can also block analytics with standard browser tools or extensions; the site works fully without it.
Colorado residents may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold from this website, or to opt out of its processing. Records we're legally required to keep as a regulated title agency are outside the scope of deletion requests.
