Every development begins long before the first foundation is poured — it starts with clear title. Bring your project to CCTE and you get builder & developer pricing on every file: the filed builder and developer rates on qualifying policies, our $200 bundled closing fee, and 20+ years of regional expertise across 20,000+ closings.
They run materially below standard basic rates. Westcor’s filed rate is approximately 50% of standard basic rates on qualifying policies; First American’s is approximately 58% of standard basic rates, within its 20-lot cap. Our bundled closing fee on those files is $200, against $400 for a standard represented residential closing. All of it is filed with and approved by the Colorado Division of Insurance — the rate for a qualifying transaction, not a negotiated price. Rates and fees effective 5/7/2026.
Westcor qualifies a builder, developer, or subdivider with 3+ parcels and has no project-size cap. First American covers residential development of 20 lots or fewer. The right fit depends on your project — we’ll tell you which is which.
The full lifecycle. Filed builder, developer, and subdivider rates apply across acquisition, holding, and end-buyer sales — so you get the program pricing at every phase.
